Iso max fans are ideal for removing odours, but it’s crucial to use them with a correctly matched carbon filter and to check that the filter can handle the airflow. Rhino Filters are highly recommended for best results.
To optimize performance, position the Isomax fan after the carbon filter in your extraction setup and use Rope Ratchets to reduce vibration and noise. Keep ducting as simple and straight as possible, and fully stretch out flexi-ducting to avoid reducing extraction efficiency or creating noise.
Note that the Isomax Air Force 2 comes with a pre-attached power cable, but you’ll need to fit it with a 3-pin plug. It may be wise to have an electrically competent person fit it with an IEC connector to allow greater versatility with power supply. Strategic planning of your grow setup can ensure the freshest air for your plants.
