Description
FAN RK 150m (6″) – 760m³/hr – High
Powerful High-Airflow Inline Fan for Efficient Grow Room Ventilation
The FAN RK 150m High Power Inline Fan is a robust and reliable ventilation solution designed for growers who require strong airflow and dependable performance in medium to large grow spaces. Delivering an airflow rate of 760m³/hr, this 6-inch inline extractor fan is ideal for maintaining stable temperatures, controlling humidity, and supporting healthy air exchange within hydroponic environments.
Built with a durable mixed-flow design, the RK fan combines the pressure capabilities of centrifugal fans with the airflow efficiency of axial fans. This makes it highly effective when used with carbon filters, long ducting runs, or systems requiring increased air resistance handling.
The fan housing is manufactured from high-quality, impact-resistant polyamide, offering durability while remaining relatively lightweight and easy to install. Its efficient motor design allows continuous operation, making it suitable for both intake and extraction setups.

How to use
Installation
Install the fan inline with 150mm ducting using appropriate duct clamps or fasteners. The fan can be mounted in either extraction or intake configurations depending on your ventilation layout. Ensure airflow direction matches the arrow indicator on the fan housing.
For extraction setups:
Position near the top of the grow space where heat naturally accumulates
Pair with a compatible 150mm carbon filter for odour control
Use insulated ducting where possible to reduce airflow noise and condensation
Best Usage Recommendations
Ideal for medium to large grow tents and grow rooms requiring high air exchange rates
Recommended for systems using HID lighting or high-output LED setups that generate excess heat
To reduce noise and vibration, suspend the fan using straps or anti-vibration mounts rather than fixing directly to rigid surfaces
Regularly inspect and clean ducting and filters to maintain optimal airflow performance
Ensure sufficient passive or active intake airflow is available to balance extraction pressure
Maintenance
Disconnect power before cleaning. Periodically remove dust buildup from the fan housing and intake areas to maintain efficiency and prolong motor lifespan.
